A 15% per week deposit is required at the time of booking .

The balance & damage deposit is payable 8 weeks before the commencement of the holiday, THE DAMAGES DEPOSIT IS CHARGED AT OWNERS DISCRETION AND WILL BE SHOWN ON THE BOOKING FORM AS A SEPARATE CHARGE
Pets by arrangement
Letting arrangements.
Arrival time to be between 3.pm and 6pm. Keys will be available via key safe at caravan
Departure time to be no later than 10am. Keys must be returned to safe on departure. Lost keys will be charged for at £25 per set.
Accommodation.
The accommodation may only be used by the persons listed on the booking form, which must be signed by the hirer, who will be responsible for the entire party.
Being a family park, we only accept bookings from family groups. We cannot accept bookings from young singles or all male / all female parties.
this is a non smoking caravan if smoking is found all of the damage deposit will not be returned this is to cover the cost of extra cleaning
The accommodation must be left clean and tidy.
Should the accommodation booked become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control a full refund will be given.
Funworks Passes.
Funworks passes are not included in the caravan hire cost If required, these may be purchased at reception on arrival.
Behaviour.
If, in the opinion of ourselves or the park manager, any party is guilty of conduct prejudicial to the well being of others, we or the park manager may re-take possession of the accommodation immediately, without compensation to the party.
Cancellation.
If you have to cancel your holiday you must telephone us in the first instance and NOTIFY US IN WRITING within 3 days.
IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION, THE FOLLOWING CHARGES APPLY:

Liability.
Smoking?
this is a no smoking caravan. if smoking is found the damage deposit will not be returned this is to cover the extra cost for cleaning , please smoke outside
What time can we arrive?
As a private rental, you’re able to collect your keys from the key safe from 2 pm. A full 2 hours before the rush begins!!!!
What time must we leave?
All parties must leave by 10 am on the day of departure to allow us time to clean the caravan before new guests arrive

How do I find my caravan?
Our caravan can be found on the ludham area of the park on pitch no 39
Are entertainment passes available to purchase via us
No, as it’s so simple to purchase these when you collect your key, there is no benefit to you for us to supply them.
It also means they cannot be lost in the post or left at home.
What should I bring with me?
We try to ensure most items you require are catered for, so just a few reminders
towels, tea towles (duvets and pillows are provided and beds are made for you )
